Holly Peterson
Account Executive

Before coming to SSDC in 2003, Ms. Peterson worked as an accountant in the event business handling accounts payable and receivable, contracts, invoicing, payroll, scheduling, and expense report audits.   Ms. Peterson joined SSDC Services as a Customer Service Representative, and in 2006, was promoted to Account Representative and ultimately to her current role. She manages key customer relations, including account implementation, with regular customer contact regarding operational issues. She has extensive customer service experience, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Social Security and Medicare regulations. Ms. Peterson earned her Associate's degree in liberal arts from Schoolcraft College in 2007.
