At SSDC, Ms. Maxwell is known as the “Medicare Expert” and is consulted widely in the larger customer and affiliate community. She joined the staff at SSDC in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative and was soon promoted to increasingly technical and managerial positions before taking on her current role as SSDC’s Operations and Product Analyst. In this role, Ms. Maxwell is responsible for the analysis and identification of process improvements for products, systems, incidents, procedures, and reporting. In addition, she is responsible for overseeing the workflow of the IT Department and Analysis Quality and Standards Team, and provides support as a Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Team. Ms. Maxwell began her career as a Medicare Billing Representative at Henry Ford Health Systems where she worked at their main billing center. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Administration from Central Michigan University.
