Since 2008, Ms. Few has been responsible for the overall management of the Operations, Information Technology and Finance areas of SSDC, as well as the strategic and tactical direction of service delivery, fulfillment, customer retention and expansion. Ms. Few came to SSDC from Integrated Alarm Services Group, where she was the Vice President of Customer Service, with over 20 years’ experience in operations and performance management. Ms. Few holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
