Mr. Neal has been with SSDC since 2013. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Neal helps design the strategic direction, financial management, and spearheads operational and technological execution of that direction throughout the organization. Mr. Neal has decades of experience in the Disability Industry, as Director of Operations at CORE, Inc., Director of Service Delivery at The Reed Group and Vice President of Business Development at LewisCo Group. Mr. Neal has a Bachelor's from the University of Virginia and a Master's in Public Health from Boston University.
