Disability Advocacy Services (DAS)

There are about 155 million adults in the US workforce, and the majority of them are eligible for SSDI; however, only about 30% are covered by long-term disability insurance. SSDC’s Disability Advocacy Service (DAS) can help close this gap. DAS is an innovative, easy to implement subscription service that provides SSDI Representation & Advocacy to active employees and families through a variety of voluntary and group benefits on a very low-cost monthly basis. DAS equips all size employers with the means to provide access to disability income protection and healthcare (SSDI/Medicare) at no cost to themselves, and only cents a month for employees. For insurers, DAS can be packaged with voluntary benefits as a low-cost, high value differentiator. And MGA’s can use DAS as a differentiator, and a source of incremental income.
