A significant number of Pre-65 individuals retire with or develop serious health conditions that may qualify them for SSDI and Medicare. However, most do not know they are eligible for SSDI after retirement, and do not pursue this benefits. As a result, employer healthcare costs have increased, and retirees and spouses miss out on important and valuable benefits. We work with employers to identify the population of their pre-65 retirees who may qualify for SSDI, and undertake a campaign of identification, education, representation, and finally, SSDI awards resulting in employer savings. Working in tandem with Discovery, SSDI Development increases the Medicare enrolled population from 10% to 15% or greater. We achieve awards for over 60% of our claimants within nine months. Our proactive and innovative approach generates millions of dollars in employer savings and tremendous retiree satisfaction.
