Medicare Maximization Services

Pre-65 retirees and their dependents are a major balance sheet liability. SSDC generates millions in employer savings by systematically identifying employees and their dependents who qualify for SSDI and Medicare, with average savings of over $15,000 per-member per-year who is transitioned to Medicare Primary. Our Medicare Maximization services include Discovery and SSDI Representation & Advocacy. We also offer a suite of other Medicare optimization and administration services. Discovery

There are significant gaps between employers, administrators and carriers in correctly identifying pre-65 retirees who should be treated as Medicare Primary. SSDC's Discovery identifies pre-65 retirees who are eligible for or have Medicare, but are not known by the health plan or not correctly classified as Medicare Primary. This enables the health plan to correctly coordinate with CMS, and in some cases recover claim costs that should have been paid by Medicare.

SSDI Representation & Advocacy

Pre-65 retirees with serious health conditions may qualify for SSDI and Medicare. Most don’t know they are eligible for SSDI after retirement and do not pursue these benefits.
